3. Network Communication

LiteMySQL only communicates over the network for the following purposes:

• Connecting to your MySQL database servers (as configured by you)
• Checking for app updates (optional, can be disabled)

All database connections are made directly from your Mac to your database servers. We do not proxy or intercept these connections.

4. Security

We implement security best practices to protect your data:

• Connection passwords are stored in the secure macOS Keychain
• The app runs in a sandboxed environment
