1. Summary
LiteMySQL is designed as a local database client. The publisher does not operate any backend service that receives, stores, or processes your personal data or database content. The information described below is stored exclusively on your device.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
The App does not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information, usage analytics, telemetry, advertising identifiers, behavioral data, or database content on any server operated by the publisher. No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are integrated into the App.
3. Information Stored on Your Device
All connection credentials — host names, ports, usernames, and passwords — are stored exclusively on your device using the macOS or iOS Keychain, and are never relayed through any third-party server. Other locally stored information (connection profiles, query history, and application preferences) is kept in standard system facilities such as UserDefaults and the App sandbox. None of this information is transmitted to the publisher.
4. Network Communications
When you initiate a database connection, the App transmits the credentials and queries that you provide directly to the database server that you have configured. The publisher does not act as a proxy or processor of that traffic. Opening a support, legal, or website link routes the request to the relevant third-party service.
5. In-App Purchases
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. The publisher does not receive your payment-card details. Subscription status is verified on-device using Apple StoreKit; the publisher receives only the anonymized transaction information that Apple provides to developers.
6. Security
The App supports TLS-encrypted database connections where the underlying database driver permits. You are responsible for choosing strong credentials, restricting database server access, and operating your devices and networks in accordance with applicable security best practices. Because all data is stored locally, the security of that data depends on the security of your device.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction) and does not knowingly collect information from such children.
8. Changes to this Policy
The publisher may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in an updated version of the App and, where required by applicable law, communicated through the App Store listing or in-App.
9. Contact and Effective Date
This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 2026. Privacy questions or requests may be sent to hello@tokyo-iceman.com.
