Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using LiteMySQL (the "App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not install or use the App. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and the publisher of the App.

Subject to your continuing compliance with these Terms, the publisher grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the App for your own personal or business database work on devices that you own or control.

You shall not, and shall not permit any third party to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works; (c) rent, lease, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the App; (d) remove or alter any proprietary notices; or (e) use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any manner that could damage or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of it.

You retain all right, title, and interest in and to the databases, queries, schemas, credentials, and other content you access through the App. You are solely responsible for (i) obtaining and maintaining valid authorization to access any database you connect to, (ii) the security and confidentiality of your credentials, (iii) compliance with applicable data-protection laws, and (iv) maintaining adequate backups of your data.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. Database write, update, and delete operations may irreversibly modify production data; you are solely responsible for reviewing every query before execution.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PUBLISHER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. The license granted herein terminates automatically and without notice if you fail to comply with any provision of these Terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies in your possession. Sections 4, 5, 6, and 8 survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tokyo, Japan.

LiteMySQL offers optional Pro features via auto-renewable subscriptions (monthly and annual) and a non-consumable Lifetime purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
